Plaque
keeps you alive until it eventually kills you by gradually choking off delivery of food, oxygen and fuel to every one of your trillions of cells. Plaque was invented by somebody to keep us alive long enough to create the next generation when a gene mutation hit our ancestors along with the South American guinea pig (rodent) and two kinds of primates and perhaps one bat that prevents us from converting ingested glucose to ascorbate (the real vitamin C). We begin at the basics, Physiology 101.

1. Tissue is made of twisted strands of three amino acids. Lysine, proline and glycine. The strands are welded together and matted on top of each other to form a matrix fabric which are then combined to make tendons, ligaments, skin, membranes, muscles, et al.

2. The fibres break after flexing a number of times.

3. The breaks are re-welded together if ascorbate is present to hydrolize (dissolve into water) the broken ends to melt back in together to reform the torn tissue. You see this process in healing cut or torn skin.

4. Proline is self-generated from protein in your body. Glycine is everywhere from ordinary food. Lysine however must be imported because you cannot digest it from food in the quantity needed to repair artery potholes. Ascorbate is made from glucose by a hormone all other animals have save humans, the rodent and the two primates. Your dog or cat makes all the ascorbate it needs from moment to moment; never gets a heart attack or stroke. Now we start into the new science.

5. Some of us non-ascorbate creatures survived the mutation by creating a surrogate for ascorbate—lipoprotein(a). Lp(a). This complicated sticky molecule was discovered in 1963 but put aside because the investigators could not find a purpose for it. The purpose was discovered prior to 1990 by Matthias Rath,MD as being a life-saving substitute for ascorbate.

6. A small amount of ascorbate is synthesized by humans eating ascorbic acid (mistakenly tagged vitamin C) in citric fruits, tomatoes, peppers. corn, etc., which then are reacted with the bicarbonate dumped by the pancreas into your stomach to neutralize the hydrochloric acid that dissolves what you ate prior to pouring it into your small intestines where the actual digestion (and 80% of your immune system is made) takes place. The bicarbonate converts the acid to an alkaline—salt.

7. Scarcity of ascorbate in humans manifests as “scurvy” a fatal disease that has your blood vessels falling apart so that you die before you hit the floor.

8.Endothelium Your liver continually produces Lp(a) for storage within the artery wall ready for deployment between heart beats as each cell either divides or dies thereby creating a break in the lining. This goes on every second until you end. Doesn't matter what you do or don't do—automatic.

9. Plaque Formation Lp(a) oozes out instantly whenever a break occurs in the slick inner surface called endothelium so as to patch the pothole before the next pulse of blood rushes by that could leak or tear open the tiny hole.

10. The Lp(a) pulls with it a bit of fibrogenin/fibrin or traps a bit of it as it drifts by. This bestows tensile strength to the microscopically thin sticky fluid. Plaque has just been created, or at least the first stage of plaque.

11. The Lp(a)/fibrogenin must overshoot by spreading out after emerging.

12. Passing tricalcium phosphate bone making molecules collide with the Lp(a) and stick to it. Hardening of your artery has just begun.

13. Passing cholesterol (friendly fat) molecules stick to the patch upon bumping into it. Mock up at right.

14. Because no mechanism exists to clean up the necessary overshoot of the Lp(a) it accumulates. Chokes off the freight train so food, fuel, and oxygen fail to arrive as needed to your cells. The cells start dying or cooling. All life process declines. Your diminished circulation slowly kills you via general dysfunction.

15. The higher your blood pressure, the greater your plaque growth, and the worse your kidneys failure. Kidneys are discussed below.

CONCLUSION TO PLAQUE COMMENTS:
Cholesterol is a component of plaque that cannot be stopped, better not be stopped from its production in your liver to provide the material from which hormones, skin, and your brain is maintained. The various statin drugs pushed to suppress cholesterol and Co Enzyme Q10 are suicidal—directly anti-life, totally poison. A full, detailed section on this is on the CD you can order. The process described above is well proven; cannot be stopped while you are alive; is not controllable by your diet or behaviour. American diet and life style accellerates the plaque build-up, e.g. diet caused diabetes speeds up plaque formation. Heart Attacks and Stroke
Stroke is a heart attack in the tiny blood vessels of the brain or the carotid arteries in your neck. A “massive” heart attack is your main artery, the brownish large loop in the image—aorta, stiff and rigid with plaque suffering its last pulse by splitting apart. You are dead before you kit the floor. No warning. It is over.

A plain old heart attack is a blood clot stuck in a partially closed artery. This doesn't necessarily kill you. It can be fixed with clot dissolving chemicals if you catch it quickly, or surgery without splitting your chest open.

Diabetes' Fatal Effects
The basic function of insulin is to store food for famines as palmitic acid in fat cells made when insulin forces cell division. Diabetes is excess blood sugar. The cells won't let glucose in, so the surplus glucose triggers more insulin which triggers more cell division which delivers more plaque.

Each cell division is a break in the endothelium; causes more plaque. Circulation shuts down at your extremities, feet and hands. Pain. Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Gangrene. No cure. Amputations. In the meantime, you lose your waistline and worse, develop fat around your heart and in your liver. Your health is gone. Kidney Failure and Hypertension

CAVEAT—EDTA Synthetic Enzyme
EDTA is being heavily promoted as a cure for heart attacks, and high blood pressure, plaque problems,et cetera in an oral format. This is deceptive because the oral form of EDTA must be so diluted that it is ineffective. Moreover, EDTA grabs only metals such as calcium, lead, iron, magnesium, zinc, et al.
